Frances has been the top producer in both volume and number of sales on OIB for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018. In 2019, Frances was the top producer on OIB in number of sales. She has been in the top 1% in the county, finishing either #2 or #3 for several years. In 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017 she received the "Agent of the Year" award for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast (which includes 11+ agencies). In 2018 she received the "Team of the Year" award for small teams.
